1.1 

This form is to authorise Charlie Ranger MC (CRMC) to work our function/event as an MC/Host.

 

2.1

We agree to pay a deposit (20% of total quote) within 5 business days of engagement of CRMC’s services to secure involvement on the specified date/s. And the remaining balance by 30 days prior to the function/event. 

 

2.2

We acknowledge that the booking of our function/event is not confirmed until payment of the deposit is made. 

 

2.3

Failure to meet clause 2.1 or 2.2 gives CRMC the right to refuse services.

 

3.1

If the client cancels the event more than 30 days before the event, the cancellation fee is the total deposit amount.
 

If the contract is cancelled within 30 days of the function/event, the Client agrees to forfeit 100% of the full amount of the quoted cost.

3.2

A request by the client for an extension to the previously agreed Event duration, made not more than 48 hours from the commencement of the event, may be accommodated at the sole discretion of CRMC.

Any requested extra time will be billed at a rate of $175 per hour.

3.3
Any out of pocket expenses incurred in relation to the event (Eg: Flights & Accommodation) that are non-refundable, the client must cover these costs.

 

3.4

If at any stage CRMC is forced to cancel his involvement in the function/event because of personal reasons, 100% of paid funds shall be remitted to the Client.

 

4.1

We agree to supply all relevant and required information about the function/event to CRMC by 14 days prior to the function/event. 

 

If the required materials are not provided within this timeframe, CRMC reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. 

 

5.1

We accept that CRMC and anyone contracted by CRMC has the right to work in a safe and non-threatening environment, and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. 

 

5.2

In the case of an infringement to 5.1, CRMC will notify the Client or Venue Management and retains the right to terminate coverage earlier than contracted.
